ORA Living currently ships within India.

Shipping charges

Standard delivery is ₹99 for orders below ₹3,000. Shipping is free for orders of ₹3,000 and above. The applicable charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery estimates

Delivery is estimated within 10 days of order confirmation. Timelines can vary with destination-specific logistics, courier movement, weather, or other circumstances outside ORA Living’s reasonable control.

Address changes and serviceability

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible. Changes can be considered only before the order is confirmed for dispatch and are subject to delivery-partner serviceability.
