Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Ora Living, we carefully inspect every product before dispatch. We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Incorrect product delivered.
  • Damaged product received.
  • Manufacturing defect in the product.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery at support@oraliving.in.
  • Please share your order number, product images, and an uncut parcel opening video. The opening video is mandatory for all damage, defect, missing item, or incorrect product claims.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Once approved, Ora Living will arrange a return pickup wherever available.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted products.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Products reported after 48 hours of delivery.

Exchanges for Personal Preference

If you wish to exchange a product due to personal preference (such as color, print, or design choice) and the product is not defective, shipping charges for both pickup and re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for approved cases involving damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly delivered products.

Once the returned product passes quality inspection, we will issue either:

  • A store credit, or
  • A refund to your original payment method / UPI / bank account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on Ora Living's part.
